Advisory

How I work with organisations.

Most of my work has been inside organisations rather than alongside them: leading AI adoption for a global venture firm across 27 countries, and before that building automation and CRM systems in Australia, Canada, Chile and the US.

When I do work with teams from outside, it tends to look like the same three things: working out what’s genuinely worth building, building it properly, and then doing the unglamorous work of getting people to use it.

01

Finding what’s worth doing

Discovery sessions with the people doing the work, then scoring opportunities by impact, effort and risk. Most of the value here is in what gets ruled out.

02

Building the thing

Agentic workflows, enrichment pipelines, document automation, retrieval systems that cite internal sources only. Built with human review gates and audit trails rather than bolted on afterwards.

03

Making it stick

Training, documentation, coaching and peer culture. The work that decides whether a capable tool becomes part of how a team operates or quietly gets abandoned.

I’m always happy to talk about AI adoption, whether that’s a team trying to make a rollout stick, an event, or just a good conversation about where this is all going.
