I build AI that people actually use.

I build AI tools and help teams actually use them. Below are a few things I’ve built, from a public recruitment product to a company-wide knowledge system.

Sherlock

An AI-native recruitment tool built to feel like Google Search for recruiters: describe a role, and it sources, assesses, and shortlists talent. Designed and shipped solo, end to end, in under 24 hours.

More work

Built inside a global venture firm. Each one adopted, not just shipped.

Knowledge & AI

Antler Brain

Ingested a company’s scattered knowledge into one structured vault, distilled it into a living graph, and served it to every colleague’s AI as plug-and-play memory.

Result5,561 files → a 3,000+ node-and-edge graph, live as a Claude connector.

AI enablement

Capital Claude Academy

A video course that made a non-technical team the fastest AI adopters in the company, then became self-sustaining as the team started teaching itself.

Result#1 adopting team · ~5 hrs saved per person each week.

AI tooling

Founder Scouting & Evaluation

An ATS-style tool that sources and scores high-potential founders from many signals. Good enough that engineering rebuilt the concept into an integrated internal product.

ResultMulti-source · explainable AI scoring · adopted company-wide.

Automation & integration

Automation & Integration

Production automation across a global company: a custom MCP server giving Claude direct CRM access, plus workflows connecting events, documents, and alerting across four regions.

Result10+ workflows · 4 regions · custom MCP + AI-in-the-loop.

How I work

  • Make complex things simple

The whole craft is taking something intimidating and making it feel effortless to use. It’s the through-line of my book, my talks, and everything I build.

  • Adoption is the job

A capable tool sitting unused is worth nothing. I treat teaching and peer culture as part of the build, not an afterthought, so tools actually get used.

  • Ship, then prove

Non-technical by title, but I ship real, production-grade tools, publicly and inside companies, and let the work speak before I do.
