Approach

Ran discovery across 12+ stakeholder groups, scored 40+ opportunities, selected 3 flagship pilots: onboarding AI, lead enrichment pipeline, and multi-application detection.

Outcomes

• 60% reduction in manual enrichment work
• Scaled across 20+ markets with local team adoption
• Built governance playbook for future AI initiatives

Challenge

100+ compliance, legal, and strategy documents drafted manually. High error rates and slow turnaround across business units.

Approach

Interviewed 8 business units, mapped document templates, scored by impact, effort and risk, then deployed a RAG system with human review gates and templated outputs.

Outcomes

• 40% reduction in drafting time
• 0 compliance errors in audit
• Trained 20+ staff; adoption rate above 80%
• Cites internal policies only, no hallucinated references
