About
The hard part isn’t the technology.
I’ve spent fourteen years working across Australia, Canada, Chile and the US, most recently leading AI adoption for a global venture firm operating in 27 countries. I design and build AI systems, and then do the less glamorous work of getting people to trust and use them.
My approach is safety-first by default: governed pipelines, human-in-the-loop review, retrieval systems that only cite what the organisation actually knows. Not because governance is exciting, but because in regulated and data-sensitive environments it’s the only way anything ships.
Alongside that I wrote “Working with AI”, which reached #5 in Amazon’s AI & Automation category, and I speak on AI adoption, at HubSpot INBOUND, for YPO in Sydney, in Seoul, and in Amsterdam. I taught myself to build without a formal engineering background, which is probably why I care so much about making complex things feel simple.
The through-line: closing the gap between what AI can do and what people will actually let it do.
